Over four live 2-hour sessions, we’ll dive into potent tools such as EnvisionYoga, Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), manifestation practices, somatic movement, guided meditation, mindset coaching, and intuitive mentoring** to help you break free from outdated patterns and align with your authentic essence.
