This beautiful Full Moon Gathering under the stars will take you on a heart-opening and powerful Journey of diving deep by setting intentions and letting go of the old. Our Cacao Ceremony will bring us together in a safe and supportive energy. A Yoga nidra sound bath will bring us back to the calm under all the noise. We will learn how to use yoga nidra to support positive changes in our life with a sankalpa (an intention). A heart opening meditation will bring us to our expanded sense of self, supporting us to relate to ourselves and others with more space and ease.
