What is ChiBall?
ChiBall is a mind-body exercise and wellness program that is based on the principles of traditional Chinese Medicine. A ChiBall class combines the modalities of Tai Chi-Qi Gong, Dance, Yoga, Pilates, Feldenkrais, and Relaxation/Meditation with inspiring music.
Whether we experience low or high moments in life, ultimately there is space for everything, as in fact there is no good and bad. The only thing you can do is motivate yourself to get up your ass and start changing your mindset, perspective and with it your MOOD!
